Weddings

At djinta djinta Winery, each wedding couple receives exclusive use of the estate as part of a personalised package for their special day. The estate offers a large enclosed marquee, the deVine Reception venue, The Grazing Room, lakefront rotunda, outdoor fireplace and arbour.

The deVine Reception venue

The deVine Reception venue is situated on the upper level in what was the property’s original house. It has great appeal with a wood vaulted ceiling, bay windows and a spacious wrap around verandah with great views of the Strzelecki Ranges.

The Marquee and The Grazing Room

For a more relaxed reception the large outdoor Marquee overlooks the cascading vineyard and can accommodate up to 130 seated guests. Glass tube tornado heaters will keep those cold South Gippsland nights at bay while you celebrate with your family and friends. There is plenty of room for your first dance, and for your guests to dance away the night in celebration. The Grazing Room has the perfect blend between earthy and elegance. Gather around the Merbau topped bar where you can experience tasting our fantastic range of cool climate djinta djinta wines or take pleasure in the outside area encapsulating the Vineyard.

The Lakefront Rotunda

Our lakefront rotunda offers an idyllic and relaxed setting for the exchange of vows. You and your guests will walk along the lake boardwalk and can be seated or standing with the lake, vineyard and Strzelecki ranges as the perfect natural backdrop. If the weather changes, we can simply move you to our undercover Fireplace area and outdoor Marquee.

The Outdoor Fireplace

Add fireside ambiance to your special day as you stand in front of our locally sourced stone-stacked fireplace. Boasting earthy tones and an exaggerated presence, it provides a warm and inviting area for you and your guests. Surrounded by sandstone pillars and native eucalypts this is also a great alternative area for your ceremony if there is inclement weather.

The Arbour

Follow the slate walkway and enter the private garden under our classical and intimate Arbour. Exchange vows under the branches of the wisteria tree with the expansive vineyard and Strzelecki ranges as your scenery.
