80% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Cabernet Franc. Rich and full-bodied ripe blackcurrant and black cherries with lengthy flavourful tannins. -
100% estate grown Semillon. Varietal nose of lime and lemon. The palate is clean with citrus flavours with a beautiful fine acidity. This wine will build greatly in complexity over the next ten years, which will develop richer notes of honey and toast.
